In 2010, David was named to the Puget Sound Business Journal 40 under 40, honoring the top 40 business leaders in Washington under 40 years old. Born and raised in the Pacific North West, David grew up fishing the NW waters with his father and gaining a love for the outdoors. A life changing mission to Guatemala sent him searching a path to make impact in the world. He now combines his business experience, love for nature and the outdoors, and his passion for social impact into driving the strategy and oversight of Tatley Outpost.

Don is an Air Force Veteran who grew up on his family farm in Minnesota. He has been enjoying the sights, sounds, and smells of the ranch since he began purchasing the property in the 1970's. Don is an avid hunter and fishermen, as well as a successful business owner for over 50 years. We are fortunate to tap his experience, wisdom, and guidance day in and day out. Don is truly a walking encycylopedia for all of us, whether it be how to lay natural stone, tracking animals, or history of the ranch. Seeing him hike the ranch, driving the tractor, and all his hard work on a daily basis is an inspiration to us all.
